The police announced that several roads in Colombo city will be closed from tomorrow to Saturday due to the rehearsals of the 70th Independence Day celebration to be held at the Galle face on the 4th of next month. Accordingly, from Galle face round-about to old Parliament round-about will be closed completely on these days from 7.00 AM to 12.00 noon. The police request the public to use alternative roads during this period
