The committee appointed to look into the problems relating to district based skills of the GCE advanced level examination, is scheduled to present its recommendations to the president within the next two weeks.    President Mahinda Rajapakse has appointed a committee of intellectuals on Thursday to conduct an extensive investigation in this regard.   Secretary to the Ministry of technology and research Mrs. Dhara Wijethilleka heads the committee. The other members include, Vice Chancellor of the Colombo University Prof. Mrs. Shanika Hiriburegama, Vice Chancellor of the Moratuwa University Prof. Ananda Jayawardhana, Vice Chancellor of the Uva University Prof. Ranjith Premalal de silva and the principal of Royal College Upalie Gunasekera.
