Minister Wimal Weerawansa says a massive progress could be seen in the building industry. Building Industry has acquired 17 percent increase by now and it contributes to the national economy.
Participating in the National Awards for Master Builders 2011 held at Waters Edge, Battaramulla yesterday, the minister said a systematic programme has been implemented for the development of the country under the leadership of the president, to enhance the capability of, local entrepreneurs. The minister added that plans have been made to convert the Building Institute of Training and Development to an authority. |
