South Indian Film Director Seeman has been arrested by the Canadian police for making a statement to help the Tiger terrorists. It is learnt that Seeman has gone to Canada to make a speech to the Sri Lankan Tamil diaspora to commemorate the “Maha Veera” day.
In his speech he said that he will bring about 50 thousand people to Sri Lanka to demolish President Mahinda Rajapaksa’s regime. Seeman also stated that President Mahinda Rajapaksa has destroyed the Eelam dream of LTTE. Therefore, Seeman said he wanted to take the revenge at any cost. These statements are said to be illegal statements in Canada where the Canadian government had already banned LTTE as the terrorist organisation. Releasing a statement in favour of a banned organisation is said to be illegal in that country. Therefore, Seeman was arrested immediately by the Canadian police. |
